Færgen Canary Wharf – Rotherhithe er en passagerfærge over floden Thames i det sydøstlige London, Storbritannien. Tjenesten forbinder Canary Wharf Pier, der betjener den store Canary Wharf kontorudvikling nord for floden, med Nelson Dock Pier ved DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London - Docklands Riverside i Rotherhithe. Bådene sejler cirka hvert 10. minut i myldretiden, eller hvert 20. minut uden for myldretiden. Der er pauser i tjenesten mellem 11.03 - 12.05 og 20.13 – 21.05. Bådene kan bruges både af hotellets gæster samt af passagerer, der ikke bor på hotellet.
Tjenesten drives af Thames Clippers, som også driver pendlingsbåde langs floden, men bruger væsentligt mindre både.
