Barnwell Manor er en fredet herregård af grad II nær landsbyen Barnwell, ca. 4 km syd for Oundle i Northamptonshire, England. Det historiske tidligere hjem for hertugen og hertuginden af Gloucester var i 2017 besat af Windsor House Antiques.
Ejendommen blev givet til Montagu-familien i 1540 af kong Henry VIII, og de beholdt det indtil 1913, da det blev solgt af den 6. hertug af Buccleuch.
