Wesleyan Methodist Church, også kendt som Wesleyan Chapel, er en tidligere Wesleyan Methodist kirke på Hospital Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, England. Bygget i 1808, blev en ny facade tilføjet i 1876. Kirken havde dengang pladser til over tusind og var det største ikke-konformistisk sted for tilbedelse i byen i 1880'erne. Den er opført som bevaret i klasse II. Kirken lukkede i 2009, efter menigheden flyttede til de tidligere metodist skolelokaler overfor.
