Sundon Chalk Quarry er et 26,2 hektar stort biologisk område af særlig videnskabelig interesse i Upper Sundon i Bedfordshire. Det blev anmeldt i 1989 under § 28 i Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, og den lokale planlægningsmyndighed er Central Bedfordshire Council. Området ejes privat, men der er fri offentlig adgang.
Graven blev etableret for at levere kalk og marl til Sundon cementfabrikken, som var i drift fra 1899 til 1976. Stedet er en del af et stort kompleks af nedlagte kalkbrud, og dets varierende levesteder inkluderer enge, søer, kalkgræsland, krat og skov. Interessante kalklandsplanter, der findes her, inkluderer pløjemandens spikenard, vild lakrids og uldne tidsler, samt hvad der sandsynligvis er den største koloni af Chiltern gentian i England.
