Lefkada City er en by og en tidligere kommune på øen Lefkada, De Joniske Øer, Grækenland. Siden reformen af den lokale regering i 2011 er den en del af kommunen Lefkada, som den er en kommunal enhed af. Det er hovedstaden og den største by på øen Lefkada, beliggende i den nordlige og nordøstlige del af øen. Byen havde en befolkning på 8.673 indbyggere ved folketællingen i 2011. Den kommunale enhed har et areal på 60,628 kvadratkilometer og en befolkning på 13.490. Dens næste største byer er Lygiá, Nikiána, Apólpaina, Frýni, Kariótes og Tsoukaládes.
