Emo er en landsby i County Laois, Irland. Den ligger nær Portlaoise på den regionale vej R422 lige ved M7 motorvejen Dublin–Limerick.
Den sene landsby Emo fra det 18. århundrede udviklede sig oprindeligt omkring portene til Emo Court. Landsbyens pub, den New Inn, stammer fra landsbyens grundlæggelse, ligesom den gotiske katolske kirke, som indeholder graven til Aline, Lady Portarlington, med dens liggende effigy af Joseph Boehm. Stedet til kirken var en gave fra Lord Portarlington, og præstegården og jorden ved siden af kirken blev givet af Earl of Portarlington til en nominelt leje.
