Baile na hAbhann, angliciseret som Ballynahown, er en Gaeltacht landsby cirka 31 km vest for Galway, Irland, på den regionale vej R336 mellem Indreabhán og Casla. Navnet betyder "by ved floden". Landsbyen ligger i byens land Baile na hAbhann Theas.
Den irsksprogede tv-kanal TG4 har sit hovedsæde her. Landsbyen betjenes af Bus Éireann rute 424 fra Galway by.
