Dunkerron Castle er et ruineret fire-etagers tårnhus beliggende i Templenoe, nær Kenmare, County Kerry, i det sydvestlige Irland. Slottet var familiesædet for O'Sullivan Mór familien fra slutningen af det 16. århundrede.
Det fire-etagers tårnhus blev bygget i det 13. århundrede på en kalkstensklippe som en normannisk fæstning. Flere senere bygninger tilhørende slottet, inklusive en indhegnet gård, stammer fra slutningen af det 16. århundrede, da Owen O'Sullivan blev 'Chief of the Name' og overtog titlen 'O'Sullivan Mór'. En inskription, dateret 1596, dokumenterede slottets tilknytning til O'Sullivan Mór og MacCarthy Reagh dynastierne. Slottet var familiesædet for O'Sullivan Mór i nogen tid.
