Susa er en by og kommune i Metropolitan City of Turin, Piemonte, Italien. Beliggende i midten af Susa-dalen ligger den ved sammenløbet af Cenischia med Dora Riparia, en biflod til Po-floden, ved foden af Cottian Alperne, 51 km vest for Turin.
Susa blev grundlagt af gallere. Det var hovedstaden i Segusini. I slutningen af det 1. århundrede f.Kr. blev det frivilligt en del af det romerske imperium. Ruiner af den romerske by er blevet fundet i udgravningerne af det centrale torv, Piazza Savoia. Susa var hovedstaden i provinsen Alpes Cottiae. Ifølge den middelalderlige historiker Rodulfus Glaber var Susa "den ældste af de alpine byer".
