Pescara ; Abruzzese: Pescàrë; Pescarese: Piscàrë) er hovedstaden i provinsen Pescara i Abruzzo-regionen i Italien. Det er den mest befolkede by i Abruzzo med 119.217 indbyggere. Beliggende ved Adriaterhavet ved udmundingen af Aterno-Pescara-floden, blev den nuværende kommune dannet i 1927 ved at slutte de kommuner, der tilhørte den gamle Pescara-fæstning, den del af byen syd for floden, og Castellamare Adriatico, den del af byen nord for floden. Området omkring blev dannet til provinsen Pescara.
