Ripatransone er en kommune i den italienske provins Ascoli Piceno og har 4335 indbyggere. Arealet er 74,2 km², og befolkningstætheden er 58 indbyggere pr. km².
I 1571 gav pave Pius V byrettigheder til Ripatransone, som tilhørte den pavelige stat. I den pavelige bulle Illius fulciti presidio bestemte Pius V også oprettelsen af bispedømmet Ripatransone. Den første biskop af Ripatransone var Lucio Sassi.
