Val di Fassa er en italiensk dal i de Trentino-Dolomitterne. Den navngivne delprovins, Val di Fassa, ligger i den nordøstlige del af provinsen Trento, der sammen med det nordligere beliggende Sydtyrol danner den autonome region Trentino-Sydtyrol, beliggende i det midtnordlige Italien og grænsende op til det østerrigske Tyrol. Val di Fassa dækker et areal på 317,84 km² og havde i 2017-'18: 10.106 indbyggere.
