Kapellet af den hellige Sindone, eller Guarini-kapellet, er et arkitektonisk værk af arkitekten Guarino Guarini, bygget i Torino i slutningen af det 17. århundrede,
et mesterværk i den italienske barok.
Hertug Carlo Emanuele I af Savoyen bestilte kapellet mellem 1610 og 1611 hos Ascanio Vitozzi og Carlo di Castellamonte for at opbevare det dyrebare stof fra Sindone, som den savoyiske hertugfamilie havde bevaret i flere århundreder. Oprindeligt var der planlagt et kapel i ellipsoidal form, indsat mellem domkirken og hertugpaladset. Arbejdet blev stoppet i 1624, da der kun var blevet lagt fundamenterne. Projektet fremskred ikke under regimet af Vittorio Amedeo I eller under regentskabet af Maria Cristina.
