Slaget ved Cerisole var en bevæbnet konflikt mellem hæren af Frans I af Frankrig under kommando af Frans af Bourbon, grev af Enghien, og kejser Karl V under den italienske krig fra 1542-46. Det kaotiske slag fandt sted den 11. april 1544, nær landsbyen Ceresole Alba, i Piemonte, hvor de franske tropper besejrede de kejserlige tropper, men selvom de kejserlige tropper led adskillige tab, var franskmændene ikke i stand til at udnytte deres sejr til at erobre byen Milano.
