Omegna station er en jernbanestation på linjen Domodossola-Novara, der betjener den samme kommune.
Stationen blev åbnet den 30. april 1887, med åbningen af strækningen Orta-Gravellona Toce, som er fortsættelsen af jernbanen fra Novara, hvor der allerede var planer om en fortsættelse mod Domodossola, der blev taget i brug året efter.
