Genoas Fyr er det vigtigste fyr for byens havn. Udover at være en vigtig hjælp til natnavigation i nærheden, tjener tårnet som et symbol og et vartegn for byen Genova. Bygget af murværk, er det med sine 76 m verdens femte højeste fyrtårn og det næsthøjeste "traditionelle". Mellem 1543 og konstruktionen af fyrtårnet på Île Vierge, Frankrig i 1902, var det det højeste fyrtårn i verden. Når målt som en helhed med den naturlige klippe, det står på, som det almindeligvis opfattes og repræsenteres, er dets højde 117 m, hvilket ville gøre det til det næsthøjeste fyrtårn i verden, det højeste i Europa, og det højeste traditionelle fyrtårn.
