Eendrachtsplein er en undergrundsstation for metroen i Rotterdam. Stationet blev åbnet den 10. maj 1982 og blev betjent af den øst-vestlige linje. Fra december 2009 stopper metroerne fra linjerne A, B og C her.
Metrostationet ligger under det travle Eendrachtsplein i centrum af Rotterdam, ikke langt fra Museumpark, hvor blandt andet Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen ligger. På perronvægge er der opsat store paneler, der angiver forskellige kulturelle institutioner i nærheden med deres position og afstand til stationen. I stationshallen, der ligger på en mellemetage, har "Millenniumvæggen" været placeret siden den 15. december 1999. Denne væg består af hundreder af fliser, der har eviggjort forskellige personlige tekster.
