Venray ) er en kommune i nederlandsk Limburg. Kommunen har 43.997 indbyggere og et areal på 146,03 km². Kernen Venray ligger 36 kilometer syd for Nijmegen og 22 kilometer nordvest for Venlo. Siden 1. januar 2010 har Venray været en landskommune med en bymæssig kerne og deromkring tretten landsbykerner. I den bymæssige kerne bor cirka 30.000 mennesker. De øvrige 13.500 indbyggere bor i de tretten landsbyer. Venray er efter Venlo den anden bymæssige kerne i Nord-Limburg, og stedet spiller en fremtrædende rolle i regionen.
