Gorinchem () [ˈɡoʁnʃɛm], ofte også skrevet som Gorkum eller Gorcum, er en by og kommune i den hollandske provins Syd-Holland og havde pr. 1. januar 2022 ifølge CBS 37.622 indbyggere. Den samlede areal af kommunen er 21,93 km². Byen ligger i den yderste sydøstlige del af provinsen ved Merwede og i den sydlige ende af Merwede-kanalen. Ved Gorinchem krydser motorvejene Rotterdam–Tiel–Arnheim/Nijmegen og Utrecht–Breda. Gorinchem har en lille station på den lokale jernbane Dordrecht – Geldermalsen. Kommunen omfatter et stort industrikvarter med indre havn, hvor der findes et skibsværft, maskin- og andre metalforarbejdende fabrikker samt engrosvirksomheder. Også landbrugs- og havebrug i området er af betydning.
