Hulsberg er en landsby i kommunen Beekdaelen i det sydlige Nederland Limburg. Den 1. januar 2021 boede der 3.960 mennesker. Indtil 1982 var Hulsberg en selvstændig kommune, hvorefter den hørte til kommunen Nuth indtil 2019. En del af området fra den tidligere kommune Hulsberg kom til kommunen Valkenburg aan de Geul, og en del gik til Voerendaal. I 1941 blev der allerede ved en grænsejustering tilføjet 0,96 km² til kommunen Valkenburg-Houthem.
