Kekerdom ligger 1,5 km vest for Millingen aan de Rijn og har 470 indbyggere. Et markant byggeri er den i 1870 opførte kornvindmølle De Duffelt. Kirken St. Laurentius ligger uden for det opstemmede område og bliver ofte oversvømmet. Kederdomer Ward er en del af naturreservatet De Gelderse Poort i Düffel.
