Oosterwolde er en landsby og siden 1886 hovedbyen i kommunen Ooststellingwerf i den nederlandske provins Friesland. Landsbyen ligger fem kilometer fra Appelscha. Opsterlandse Compagnonsvaart, som er en del af Turfroute, skærer gennem landsbyen, der er opstået ved sammenlægningen af et par brinker. Af disse er Oostenbrink den bedst bevarede. Oosterwolde har især udviklet sig langs vandvejen i det 19. århundrede, hvor den største del af håndværket fandt sted. Landsbyen ligger ved N381, og N919 krydser industriområdet.
