Vaalsbroekermolen ligger ved den provinsielle vej Epen-Vaals nær slottet Vaalsbroek. Vaalsbroekermolen drives af vand fra en opsamlingsdams, der forsynes af kilderne på slottets godser. Historien om godset Vaalsbroek er nært forbundet med familien Von Clermont. Disse klædefabrikanter flyttede deres virksomhed i det 17. århundrede fra Aachen til Vaals. Johann Arnold von Clermont lod i 1761 ombygge det allerede i 1733 byggede slot Vaalsbroek.
