Station Grou-Jirnsum er jernbanestationen af Grouw og Irnsum i Friesland på strækningen Meppel - Leeuwarden af jernbanelinjen Arnhem - Leeuwarden. Det blev åbnet den 1. september 1868. Den 30. maj 1999 blev det oprindelige stationsnavn Grouw-Irnsum ændret til de officielle frisiske stednavne Grou og Jirnsum, som blev indført i 1989. Forkortelsen er stadig Gw, selvom der ikke længere er noget w i navnet.
