Maasvlakte 2 er navnet på udvidelsesprojektet for den Rotterdam havn, der ligger vest for Maasvlakte. Med dette nye havneareal, der er anlagt i havet og på størrelse med 2.000 hektar, blev havnen 20% større. Efter færdiggørelsen af udvidelsen dækker de Rotterdam havne i alt 12.000 hektar. Den 1. september 2008 startede anlægget efter mange års planlægning, diskussioner og protester. Den 22. maj 2013 blev den Anden Maasvlakte officielt taget i brug.
