Middelburg er en landsby, der hører til kommunerne Bodegraven-Reeuwijk, Alphen aan den Rijn og Waddinxveen i den hollandske provins Zuid-Holland. Den ligger vest for Reeuwijk-Dorp ved Middelburgsevej i Polder Middelburg og har omkring 220 indbyggere. Middelburg grænser mod nord til Foreest, mod øst til Tempel og Nieuwdorp under Reeuwijk, mod syd til Bloemendaal og mod vest til Bloemendaal, Randenburg og en lille del af Reijerskoop.
