Willem Vroesenhuis er et plejehjem for gamle mænd i Gouda, stiftet af Willem Willemszoon Vroesen den store i 1555. Huset ligger på hjørnet af Molenwerf og Spieringstraat i Gouda's gamle by.
Willem Vroesen besluttede i 1555 at stille sit hus og grund til rådighed for pleje af gamle fattige mænd i byen Gouda. Willem Vroesen tilhørte gruppen af ansete borgere i byen, som udfyldte vigtige funktioner. En af hans børnebørn, Adriana Vroesen, giftede sig senere med den gouda-borgmester Pieter Wouterszoon Crabeth, søn af den kendte glasmager fra St.-Janskirken Wouter Crabeth. Allerede i 1537 stillede Willem Vroesen og hans kone Machtelt Voppendochter en betydelig sum penge til rådighed for at dele brød ud til de fattige om vinteren.
