Withuis er en landsby i den nederlandske Limburgiske kommune Eijsden-Margraten, ved grænsen til Belgien tæt på Wezet. Landsbyen har cirka 65 indbyggere.
Withuis er et af de sydligst beliggende steder i Holland. Landsbyen ligger langs motorvejen A2 og består af to gader: den gamle Rijksweg og en blind vej. Withuis grænser mod syd op til den belgiske landsby Moelingen og mod nord til Eijsden. På den belgiske side af grænsen ligger der en række huse, som faktisk er en del af landsbyen. Disse huse tilhørte indtil 1977 kommunen Moelingen og har siden været en del af kommunen Voeren.
