ENCI-bruddet er en kalkstensbrud ved Maas-siden af Sint-Pietersberg (del af Caestert Plateau) i den hollandske kommune Maastricht. Dagen opbrud af kalksten ("mergel") begyndte her i 1926 med etableringen af den Første Hollandske Cement Industri (ENCI).
Kalksten er en vigtig råvare til cementproduktion.
