Charlois /'ʃaːrlous/ , /'ʃaːɻlɜus/ ) er et område for en bestyrelsekommission og en bydel beliggende på den sydlige bred af Maas i kommunen Rotterdam. Indtil 2014 var det en delkommune, derefter fik det status som område for en bestyrelsekommission. Den 31. juli 2017 havde Charlois 66.750 indbyggere på et areal på 11,9 km².
