Vegusdal Kirke er en sognekirke i Birkenes kommune i Aust-Agder fylke, Norge. Den ligger i landsbyen Engesland, lige uden for den norske fylkesvej 405. Kirken er en del af Vegusdal sogn i Vest-Nedenes deaneri i Agder og Telemark bispedømme. Den hvide, træbygget kirke blev bygget i korskirke stil i 1867 af arkitekten Conrad Fredrik von der Lippe. Kirken har plads til cirka 350 personer. Den blev indviet den 23. juni 1867 af biskop Jacob von der Lippe, far til arkitekten, der byggede kirken.
Der har været en kirke i Vegusdal siden middelalderen. Oprindeligt lå kirken cirka 8 kilometer mod nordøst på Vegusdal gård. Der har været to forskellige bygninger på stedet gennem årene. I 1867 blev den nye kirke bygget i Engesland, fordi det var mere af centrum i Vegusdal. I 1974 blev et lille kapel bygget på det gamle kirkested ved siden af den gamle kirkegård.
