Granfoss-tunnelen er et sæt af to tunneler på Ring 3 i Oslo, Norge. De to tunneler er 2,1 kilometer lange, og de er en del af Granfoss-linjen, en 2,9 kilometer lang strækning af motorvejen, som blev åbnet i 1992 og forbinder Ring 3 med den europæiske rute E18. Navnet stammer fra Granfossen-vandfaldet ved Lysakerelva-floden, som passerer i nærheden. De to tunneler går fra Lysaker til Mustad og fra Mustad til Ullern Kirke.
Da de to tunneler med fire baner blev åbnet for trafik, blev et flaskehals i Oslos vejnet, som havde varet i flere årtier, endelig opløst. Tunnelerne blev finansieret af Oslo-pakke 1.
