Noen Oraphim er en ødelagt bygning beliggende øst for Prasat Hin Phanom Wan. Den rektangulære struktur målte 24 gange 42 meter på en 1,6 meter høj base bygget med laterit. Der var en indgang på nordsiden. Bygningen stammer fra midten af det 10. til midten af det 11. århundrede e.Kr. og var sandsynligvis et pavillon for kongen at forberede sig før indgangen til helligdommen ved Prasat Hin Phanom Wan.
