NewYork–Presbyterian Hospital er et nonprofit akademisk medicinsk center i New York City tilknyttet to Ivy League medicinske skoler: Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons og Weill Cornell Medical College. Det består af to forskellige medicinske centre, Columbia University Medical Center og Weill Cornell Medical Center. Fra 2019 er hospitalet rangeret som det 5. bedste hospital i USA og 1. i New York City metropolitanområdet af U.S. News & World Report. Hospitalet har omkring 20.000 ansatte og i alt 2.678 senge og er et af de største hospitaler i verden.
New York Hospital blev grundlagt i 1771 af Edinburgh-kandidaten Samuel Bard. Det modtog en kongelig charter givet af Kong George III af Storbritannien og blev tilknyttet Weill Cornell Medical College ved sidstnævnte institutions grundlæggelse i 1898. Det er det tredje ældste hospital i USA, efter NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue i New York og Pennsylvania Hospital.
