Chicago Vandtårn er en bidragende ejendom og vartegn i Old Chicago Vandtårnsdistriktet i Chicago, Illinois, USA, som er noteret i National Register of Historic Places.
Tårnet er beliggende på 806 North Michigan Avenue langs shoppingdistriktet Magnificent Mile i Near North Side samfundsområdet i Chicago, Illinois i en lille park, Jane M. Byrne Plaza. Tårnet blev bygget for at huse en stor vandpumpe, der var beregnet til at trække vand fra Lake Michigan. Det blev bygget i 1869 og er det næstældste vandtårn i USA, efter Louisville Vandtårn i Louisville, Kentucky.
