Die Gasse-Loipe im gleichnamigen Leutascher Ortsteil verläuft zum größten Teil flach, und ist deshalb besonders gut für Anfänger geeignet. Die Strecke führt entlang der Leutascher Ache und liegt bei schönem Wetter fast gänzlich in der Sonne. Bei diesem Loipeneinstieg fällt jedes Jahr auch der Startschuss für den Ganghoferlauf mit mehr als 1.800 Teilnehmern.
Die Loipe startet neben der Landstraße L35 bei der Abfahrt zum Sportplatz. Von hier führt die Strecke leicht abfallend entlang der Leutascher Ache über die Felder bis zum Ortsteil Ahrn und vorbei an der Wohnsiedlung im Ortsteil Gasse zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
