Neugotische Pfarrkirche aus der Zeit von 1895-1899 nach den Entwürfen des Architekten C. De Maeght. Die Kirche mit der Pfarrwohnung auf der rechten Seite bildete das neue religiöse Zentrum von Huizingen. Die alte Funktion der Wallfahrtskirche zu Ehren des Heiligen Leonardus wurde von der neuen Kirche übernommen, was zur Entstehung eines Pilgercafés 'In den goldenen Apfel' nördlich der Kirche führte.
