Die Sint-Petrus-und-Paulus-Kirche ist eine Kirche im belgischen Dorf Doornzele. Die Pfarrei gehört zum Dekanat Evergem und hat ihren Ursprung im 18. Jahrhundert.
Die Zisterzienserinnen ließen sich in Doornzele unter dem Einfluss der Sint-Baafs-Abtei von Gent nieder, die von den Mittelalters bis zur Französischen Revolution dort war. Bevor Doornzele eine vollwertige Pfarrei wurde, war es eine Kaplanei von Evergem. Das bedeutete, dass Evergem wöchentlich einen Kaplan nach Doornzele sandte, um dort die Eucharistie zu feiern. Da Doornzele noch keine vollwertige Pfarrei war und weiterhin zur Sint-Chrisoffel-Pfarrei von Evergem gehörte, mussten die Taufen, Firmungen, Hochzeiten und Beerdigungen weiterhin in Evergem stattfinden.
