Das Schloss Terhove liegt an der Ostseite von Bommershoven, einem Stadtteil von Borgloon in der belgischen Provinz Limburg. Das Schloss liegt am Rande des Mombeek.
Ursprünglich befand sich hier eine römische Villa. Im Mittelalter gab es hier eine Pfarrei der Abtei von Corbie, von der aus die Abteigüter in der Umgebung verwaltet wurden.
