Mortehan ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Luxemburg. Es liegt in Cugnon, einem Stadtteil von Bertrix. Das Dorf liegt an der Semois, direkt gegenüber dem Dorfzentrum von Cugnon.
Am Ende des Ancien Régime wurde Mortehan eine Gemeinde, aber diese wurde 1823 wieder aufgehoben und zu Cugnon hinzugefügt.
