Ehemals sogenanntes "Haus Cuvelier", gegründet 1875 von E. Cuvelier, Steinmetz, spezialisiert auf blaue und weiße Steine, Marmor, Bildhauerei, Kamine, Grabmonumente, gefolgt von seinem Sohn, dem Architekten Henri Cuvelier (siehe Gedenktafel). Bis in die 1930er Jahre mit Geschäft. Doppelhaus mit drei Achsen und drei Geschossen unter einem Pfannendach, mit ältester Kern und ehemaliger Werkstatt im hinteren Teil, aus dem späten 19. Jahrhundert. Schmuckfassade mit Natursteinverkleidung (weißer Stein und Stein aus Soignies), rechteckig umrahmte Fenster und segmentbogenförmiges Tor rechts. Links Seitenrisalit mit ehemaligem Schaufenster. Diamantköpfe als Verzierung des obersten Stockwerks.
