Stella Matutina ist eine renommierte Hotelschule in Michelbeke, im Herzen der Flämischen Ardennen gelegen. Die Schule hat eine reiche Geschichte, die bis ins Jahr 1971 zurückreicht, als die Hotelschule mit 18 Mädchen im ersten Jahr tatsächlich begann. Ab der zweiten Klasse bietet die Schule Fachrichtungen an, die sich auf drei Disziplinen konzentrieren: Hotel, Küche und Restaurant. Stella Matutina hat sich einen ausgezeichneten Ruf erarbeitet und wurde sogar eingeladen, Empfänge im Königlichen Palast auszurichten, darunter die Verlobungsfeier von König Filip und Königin Mathilde im Jahr 1999.
