Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeit von Sint-Joris-Weert ist die Sint-Joris-Kirche, die größtenteils zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts erbaut wurde. Eigentlich wurde die Kirche um den Chor einer früheren Kirche aus dem 16. Jahrhundert errichtet. Unter den Kunstwerken und dem Kirchenmobiliar befinden sich einige Stücke, die viel älter sind als die Kirche selbst: Statuen aus dem 16. und 17. Jahrhundert, Kirchenmobiliar im Rokokostil aus der Zeit von 1750-1800, eine Kreuzigungsgruppe aus dem frühen 16. Jahrhundert und eine Reliquienkapsel aus dem Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts.
