Das Waasland Shopping Center - eine Ladengalerie in Sint-Niklaas - liegt am Südrand des Stadtzentrums. 2004 war es das größte ebenerdige Shoppingcenter des Landes. Auf einer Gesamtoberfläche von 45.000 Quadratmetern befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, sowie ein Aquarium und ein Kinderkarussell.
