Landschaft entlang des Koudebeeks, einem Seitenarm des Groot Schijn. Im Jahr 2013 wurde das Gebiet Boterlaar in eine Schrebergartenanlage umgewandelt. Alle Kleingärtner aus der Region erhielten dort einen neuen Platz und die feuchte Natur wurde wiederhergestellt.
