Das Kapuzinerkloster ist die monastische Stiftung von Soignes, deren Geschichte die kürzeste ist: Sie dauert nur 170 Jahre, da die französischen Revolutionäre 1796 ihr ein Ende setzten. Heute ist das Gelände vollständig wieder bewaldet, aber die Wege zeichnen noch das ehemalige Viereck des Klosters (Noorddreef, Putdreef, Zuiddreef und Terschurendreef).
