Beatenberg ist eine politische Gemeinde im Verwaltungskreis Interlaken-Oberhasli des Kantons Bern in der Schweiz.
Beatenberg liegt im Berner Oberland auf einer Geländeterrasse unterhalb des Südhangs des Niederhorns und hoch über dem Thunersee. Von Beatenberg aus kann man die Jungfrau-Gruppe besonders gut sehen. Zur politischen Gemeinde Beatenberg gehört auch das Dorf Sundlauenen, welches nahe der Beatushöhlen direkt am Thunersee liegt. Nebst Einzelhöfen besteht die Gemeinde auch aus den Burgerbäuerten, den sogenannten Gütergemeinden, Schmocken, Spirenwald und Waldegg. Nachbargemeinden sind Eriz, Habkern, Horrenbach-Buchen, Sigriswil und Unterseen.
