Morissen war bis am 31. Dezember 2012 eine politische Gemeinde in der Val Lumnezia, im Bezirk Surselva des Kantons Graubünden in der Schweiz.
Am 1. Januar 2013 fusionierte sie mit den Gemeinden Cumbel, Degen, Lumbrein, Suraua, Vignogn, Vella und Vrin zur neuen Gemeinde Lumnezia in der Region Surselva.
