Die Union of European Football Associations , kurz UEFA [juːˈeɪfə], ist der europäische Fußballverband. Die UEFA ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein im Sinne der Artikel 60 ff. des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches und im Handelsregister eingetragen.
Die UEFA ist eine der sechs Kontinental-Konföderationen des Weltfußballverbandes FIFA und umfasst 55 nationale Fußballverbände einzelner Länder und Gebiete, die nicht alle innerhalb der geografischen Grenzen Europas liegen.
