Westerholz ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg in Schleswig-Holstein. Dollerupholz , Grünberg , Hörreberg , Kiekut , Knös , Kreiberg , Osterholz , Poseby, Seeklüft , Sonnholm, Sponbrück und Unewattholz liegen im Gemeindegebiet, das in seiner heutigen Form seit 1970 besteht.
Westerholz liegt an einer Steilküste mit Strand an der Flensburger Außenförde und ist ein anerkannter Erholungsort.
